The tub had stains, yet the room was spacious.

The hotel offers great value and well-kept rooms with a new carpet and coffee making facilities, as example. Wonderfully helpful personnel is especially the receptionist.

I can recommend this place for shopping. A recently refurbished property, spotlessly clean, prime and very classy location within walking distance of the shops. Our favourite hotel in Solihull, recommend it. The location is amazing, 1 km from Solihull Magistrates. The restaurant is lovely, serves freshly cooked dishes.

The breakfasts are delicious with plenty of options. New-fashioned and fabulous rooms come with terrace as well as a double bed. The location is marvellous and peaceful, 10 minutes' walk to Malvern and Brueton Park.

The first impression it was modern, very clean, staff friendly and efficient. The room was very spacious with a big bed. Excellent for shopping and relaxing. We were very impressed and had a great time there. We will definately be coming back. Can definately recommend this hotel.

Had a meal in hotel at night. Had a specials menu for that evening, but only four things available out of the six on the menu.

I loved the outside water fountain, sauna, steam room, pool, and jacuzzi at crowne plaza. The twin room was lovely, and the breakfast buffet had such a delicious variety. The staff were really nice and helpful too.

excellent room, good swimming/sauna facilities and fine breakfast. At £47 +£5 car parking for a double room this was excellent value. .

Having to pay for the car park was a slight shock but this did not detract from the overall good value. No fridge in the room and limited freeview options.

Very clean design. Excellent bed and decor

Very cold - both in the room and the bathroom. The bathroom could do with heated towel rails. And please install vending machines for items like chocolate and drinks.
